We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit free medical clinic with four locations located in the Midlands of South Carolina. In 2023, the Clinic held close to 2,000 consultations. We provide free medical care to those without insurance and who live below the federal poverty line. With only one full time and four part time staff we are almost entirely ran by volunteers: Physicians, PA's, NP's, RN's, administrative staff, patient educators, and interpreters. Although we see all who are uninsured GSC is well-known throughout the Midlands for serving the Hispanic population with culturally and linguistically competent primary and preventative medical care.
