Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College is a regional two-year public community college serving a predominately minority population in rural South Carolina. The college is a key entry point into higher education for low-income, first-generation and other non-traditional students, many of whom are the first in their families to attend college. As a PBI (Predominately Black Institution), OCtech provides economic mobility opportunities for students in the largely minority population of Orangeburg and Calhoun counties. The college has a history of preparing students for good jobs and great careers. While the college has a variety of programs and tools in place for student success, many students need additional help to fully realize their dreams.
The OCtech Foundation works to raise funds to offer supplemental resources and support, and by dosing so, the Foundation can help our community build wealth and stability for generations to come.
