Enhanced Early Education - works with targeted 4K and preschool students one-on-one or in small groups to promote mastery of literacy and math skills to ensure success in education. Nurse Family Partnership - in collaboration with Carolina Health Services, we provide prenatal home visits and after birth care with a nurse to ensure quality care for first time mothers and their baby over a two-year period with assessments to determine the needs of each family served. Positive Parenting Program - We provide quality positive parenting classes for at risk parents to assist them with the skills necessary for successful parenting of young children through Saluda County School District, and other local agencies. Support program for parents with young children to learn practical stress management and communication skills; positive approaches to discipline; and gain a greater understanding of developmentally appropriate practices for their child(ren). Library Literacy Program - in collaboration with Saluda County Library, we provide funds for books, special events and entertainers, and literacy in English and Spanish for literacy enrichment. Childcare Training - We provide certified quality training for staff of childcare centers, family-based centers, faith-based centers, and the local school district early education Teachers.
