At The Arc of South Carolina, we are proud to serve more than 3,000 individuals across the state who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our approach is to tailor services and supports to meet the unique desires and needs of each individual. Central to our mission is person-centered planning, which focuses on fostering independence and self-determination through comprehensive case management. We're committed to not only providing case management, but also offering educational and outreach programs for individuals with disabilities, their families, supporters, and the broader community. Additionally, our advocacy work is crucial in addressing challenges such as reducing the waiting list for essential services, ensuring continuous funding for families in need, and enhancing community awareness and inclusion.
