Final Victory Rescue sends 75-80% of the adoptable dogs and cats it rescues to adopters in the Northeastern USA and Canada. There is a high demand for adoptable dogs, but the supply is low. By sending these pets out of state to loving homes, we are aiding the overpopulation problem in South Carolina. FVAR focuses not only on the pets in need but also on the pet-owning folks in our community who are in need. Helping both ends of the leash is our goal.
