Core Competencies - Advocate, Educate, and Research. Advocate - We are driving reform efforts by advocating for Real Change. We engage communities and decision-makers with relevant data, process analysis, and innovative solutions to enhance Homeless Social Services. We advocate for quality of care, social services remodeling, and a performance-based model of care that drives positive outcomes. We Advocate for Homeless Social Service Reform utilizing findings from our research projects. Educate - We Believe in community engagement with applicable/ relevant data through a service level lens of transparency. We utilize our research data to educate communities and present potential solutions to reduce homelessness. We believe that introducing communities to new and innovative strategies can drive Real Change in support of Homeless Social Services Reform. Research - We utilize Basic and Applied Research Applications to analyze, collaborate, and drive innovative solutions within homeless services. Our Basic Research is the development of dynamic data and analysis to increase general knowledge and awareness. Within our Applied Research efforts, we investigate and apply our data to solve specific or practice-related problem sets within Homeless Social Services.
