We envision a South Carolina that prioritizes equity and belonging as the centerpiece of community. We believe that our LGBTQ+ family is worthy of love and deserving of human dignity no matter the setting, circumstance, or interaction. We will work until every queer person in South Carolina is promised a seat at the table of grace exactly as they are, every single time. We are pursuing a more welcoming South Carolina through educational cohorts, arts partnerships, retreats, facilitated dialogue, and story-centered connections. Educational Cohorts Participants are confronted with queer history and queer experience while engaging in meaningful dialogue with a cohort of their peers. We runs groups in the fall and the spring. Arts Partnerships Arts are another medium of storytelling and dialogue-sharing. We use things like film screenings, art installations, and theatre partnerships to move the conversation forward. Retreats, Facilitated Dialogues. and Trainings We believe in communal healing through storytelling and connection. We offer these experiences and train others to do the same.
